| Project Summary. Responding to increasing
demands, its high turnover rate (highest of any Government agency),
and a substantial influx of new employees (approximately 800
new employees during this current expansion), the Securities
and Exchange Commission decided to establish its own university.
The goals of this corporate university are to develop a high-performance
workforce; develop a strong and effective SEC leadership; promote
a collaborative culture among SEC’s divisions; and streamline
training policies, processes, and administrative operations.
Perot Systems was engaged to provide the strategic planning
process to define the SEC University’s (SEC U) mission and to
align the SEC U with SEC’s vision, mission, and goals. We also
provided a high-level workforce assessment and planning as well
as organization development and change management services in
laying the foundation for the SEC U. |
